These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website (snydersfloors.com) and to the text message program offered by Snyder's Carpet & Flooring ("Snyder's," "we," "us"), a trade name of Jonathan R. Snyder. By using this site or our text message program, you agree to these terms.

SMS / text message terms

• Program: Snyder's Carpet & Flooring appointment texts.
• What you'll receive: SMS appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates for your in-home estimate and installation appointments. These are not marketing messages.
• How you opt in: by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default text message consent box on our estimate request form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your appointments.
• Cost: Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time (QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT also work). You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, call (412) 753-7653, or email jon@snyderscarpet.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Estimates and appointments

Estimates are free and are based on in-home measurements. Prices, products, and installation dates are confirmed in your written contract, which controls if it differs from anything on this site or in a text message.

Use of this website

Please provide accurate information when you submit a form. Do not misuse the site or attempt to access areas that are not public.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Snyder's is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the text message program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
