This Privacy Policy explains how Snyder's Carpet & Flooring ("Snyder's," "we," "us"), a trade name of Jonathan R. Snyder, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit snydersfloors.com, contact us, request an estimate, do business with us, or sign up for our text messages.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and project address.
- Project details: the rooms, flooring type, measurements, and notes you share with us.
- Text message consent records: whether you agreed to receive texts, the date and time, the phone number, the consent wording shown to you, and the IP address and browser used when you submitted our form.
- Basic technical data: information your browser sends when you visit our pages, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use your information
- To schedule and confirm in-home estimates and installation appointments.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates you asked for.
- To prepare estimates, contracts, and invoices, and to answer your questions.
- To keep records required for our business and to comply with law.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the text message consent box on our form, you agree to receive SMS appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates from Snyder's Carpet & Flooring. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not send marketing texts under this program.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
All the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. How long we keep information
We keep customer and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations. We keep text message consent and opt-out records as proof of your choices.
